Ali’s lifestyle and positive outlook on life shines through in her teaching, with classes inspiring others to cultivate a life filled with love and wellbeing. Having completed 200+ hours of teacher training in sunny Mallorca, Ali is qualified in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin Yoga allowing her to offer a variety of styles into her classes. Like in life, Ali believes it is essential to get the right balance. Ali is certain yoga has helped her in a life changing way. Calling herself a Multiple Sclerosis Warrior, being able to run her yoga business whilst maintaining overall health is down to yoga and meditation. Yoga has given Ali tools to manage stress which exacerbates the disease. Ali finds that it supports her mental health hugely, being positive and has given more awareness of my emotions and feelings. We are a work in progress, but Ali takes responsibility in letting things go when she can not let things take hold. adults. Ali's intention and purpose in life is to inspire others to be their happiest self. Ali wakes up grateful everyday and wants others to feel the same.
